About Raina
Raina Khatri is a Hope College student majoring in Physics and English. While at Hope, she’s participated in astrophysical research and has had the opportunity to intern with the Society of Physics Students at the American Physical Society and the Center for History of Physics. Raina’s primary career goal is to build a better bridge between the public and the scientific community, through understanding and communication.
Raina is a prolific writer: she started writing novels for NaNoWriMo at sixteen and has written one per year, resulting in seven messy but loveable works. She also writes short plays and has written one long stageplay for Script Frenzy. Now she’s turning to creative nonfiction.
Raina also enjoys cooking Indian food and watching Food Network.
